Information we collect

When you start a conversation, request a guide, or book a call, we may collect your name, company or product name, email address, telephone number, appointment details, and the information you provide about your business or project. Qualification forms may also ask about your industry, team size, marketing spend, timeline, product stage, development needs, and budget.

We also receive basic technical and usage information, including the pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser, device, and operating system. We use first-party, cookie-free web analytics and do not use advertising pixels on this site.

The site stores a local preference on your device when you dismiss a guide prompt so it does not immediately appear again. Our embedded scheduling provider may process technical information when its booking page loads.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and determine whether our services are a fit;
• schedule calls and send requested appointment communications;
• deliver resources you request;
• operate, secure, measure, and improve the site and our services;
• maintain business records and comply with legal obligations; and
• send promotional calls or text messages only when you have separately opted in. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Legal bases for processing

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we process information as necessary to respond to your request or take steps toward a contract, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, to comply with law, and based on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business, including Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused analytics, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector for customer relationship management and scheduling, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service and privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, and safety.

Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide that information to vendors that support delivery of our messages, but they may use it only to provide those services to us.

Calls, texts, and email

Providing a telephone number lets us respond to your inquiry. It does not by itself constitute consent to receive automated marketing. If you separately opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. A requested guide or appointment confirmation is a transactional message. We do not add guide recipients to a promotional email list without separate permission. Marketing emails, if any, include a way to unsubscribe.

Retention

We retain inquiry and booking information while we evaluate or maintain a business relationship and afterward as reasonably needed for business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Retention varies with the nature of the information and our relationship with you. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to backup and legal-record requirements.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; obtain a copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also appeal a refusal where applicable. Submit a request to hello@ram.tech. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the site does not currently provide a sale or sharing opt-out control.

International processing

We and our service providers operate primarily in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
