What does a project cost?

Every project is priced custom to exactly what you need. We scope the work in phases, so you know what you're getting at each step, and we build incrementally rather than handing you one big, expensive thing up front.

How long does a project take?

Depending on what we're building, you'll see a working preview within two to four weeks of kickoff. We aim to launch within 90 days, and we keep building from there for as long as it takes to get every feature you want.

Why custom software instead of something off the shelf?

Most off-the-shelf products are built for a generic user. You end up working the way the software wants instead of the way you do, paying for expensive workarounds, juggling systems that don't talk to each other, or doing without the thing you need because nobody's built it. Custom software works the way you do, makes you more efficient, and can become an asset in its own right, whether that's a product you sell or an edge nobody else in your market has.

How are you different from other agencies?

We work forward deployed, the model Palantir pioneered and companies like OpenAI use today. We come into your business and learn how it runs before we build anything, and you talk directly to the senior engineers doing the work, with no layer of project managers in between. We're US-based and we never outsource, so the expertise you hire is the expertise that builds your software.

Who owns the software?

You do. The code, the accounts, and the documentation are yours, whether we keep working together or hand everything over.

Whatever fits you. Some clients take a clean handover, some keep us on for support and new phases, and some have us manage the software entirely.

Yes. A lot of our work is tying existing systems together or building around them. The discovery phase identifies what you already have and what needs to be added before we propose or build anything.
